Supply Chain Project

In my Supply Chain Global Logistics class this semester, I was part of a team project for our midway executive summary, aimed at analyzing global logistics challenges and proposing solutions. My objective was to coordinate our team’s efforts, ensuring we met our goals and stayed on track for a timely, thorough submission. We needed each team member to focus on specific aspects of the project, such as data analysis, research, and presentation design, to efficiently tackle the complexities of the global supply chain.To ensure our success, I organized the team by assigning clear roles based on each person’s strengths and interests. I facilitated team meetings, setting milestones to monitor our progress, and kept everyone accountable by frequently checking in and providing guidance when necessary. Additionally, I encouraged open communication within the team to address any challenges early on, ensuring a cohesive approach.The team successfully completed the midway executive summary on time, presenting a detailed analysis of our project so far and how we could build and expand upon our success. My organizational efforts helped keep everyone focused and engaged, and we received positive feedback on the structure and clarity of our report earning one-hundred percent.
