Projects
These projects highlight my organizational and leadership skills, from coordinating team roles and deadlines in my Supply Chain Global Logistics project to planning and executing a successful charity fundraiser for Pi Beta Phi. Both experiences demonstrate my ability to manage complex tasks effectively and achieve impactful results.
Academic Project
Team Leader
In my Supply Chain Global Logistics class this semester, I was part of a team project for our midway executive summary, aimed at analyzing global logistics challenges and proposing solutions. My objective was to coordinate our team’s efforts, ensuring we met our goals and stayed on track for a timely, thorough submission. We needed each team member to focus on specific aspects of the project, such as data analysis, research, and presentation design, to efficiently tackle the complexities of the global supply chain. To ensure our success, I organized the team by assigning clear roles based on each person’s strengths and interests. I facilitated team meetings, setting milestones to monitor our progress, and kept everyone accountable by frequently checking in and providing guidance when necessary. Additionally, I encouraged open communication within the team to address any challenges early on, ensuring a cohesive approach. The team successfully completed the midway executive summary on time, presenting a detailed analysis of our project so far and how we could build and expand upon our success. My organizational efforts helped keep everyone focused and engaged, and we received positive feedback on the structure and clarity of our report earning one-hundred percent.

Philanthropic Project
Director of Philanthropy and Service
Last semester, I organized a charity event through my sorority, Pi Beta Phi, to raise funds to support childrens literacy in Milwaukee. Our goal was to engage the campus community in a fun and interactive way while raising as much money as possible. The challenge was to create an event that would not only attract participation but also encourage generous donations.
To make the event appealing, we decided to hold a “Pie-in-the-Face” fundraiser, where participants could purchase pies to throw at sorority members. I coordinated the event logistics, including marketing on campus to attract students and faculty and arranging materials and setup. I also reached out to key university figures, and we were thrilled when the president of Marquette agreed to attend and support the event, boosting its visibility and encouraging more participation. I collaborated with my sorority sisters to ensure that we maintained a positive, engaging atmosphere that encouraged donations throughout the day. The event was a great success, raising almost a thousand dollars, which exceeded our initial expectations. The president’s attendance brought additional attention, and the campus community’s enthusiastic involvement helped us achieve our fundraising goals. The positive feedback we received emphasized the effectiveness of the event’s unique approach, making it a memorable experience for participants and volunteers alike.
